On April 20th, local Gastown artist Mike Gilbert is holding Vancouver's first "40" show, Showcasing Cartoonists, Illustrators, Directors, and Malt Liquor enthusiasts Personal art pieces displayed on Malt liquor bottles.

40 is a way to showcase the working Man's favorite beverage while bringing international talent to Vancouver's already artistic Gastown area.

The event is a mild protest on the absense of malt liquor in Vancouver's stores and hopes to bring back sales of this once popular beverage.

The event is being held at Tenforward Collective on water street on April 20th ( friday), doors at 8pm.

Be sure to get your tickets soon, as they are limited to 200 people!
